Join us on the longest night of the year as we gather in community to honor the Winter Solstice—a time when stillness opens the doorway to deeper wisdom, and the returning light invites us into renewal. This ceremony is a nurturing blend of heart-opening cacao, restorative sound healing, and the gentle, harmonizing energy of Reiki. We'll begin with a ceremonial cacao experience to open the heart and deepen connection with your inner wisdom. Allow this plant medicine to soften the edges, expand your emotional landscape, and prepare your body for energetic alignment. Engage in a guided activity that assists in ushering out the old and bringing in the new. You will then settle onto your mat for a guided meditation and Reiki-infused sound bath, where crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other healing frequencies create a cocoon of vibration. As sound waves move through the body, Reiki will be given to each participant to support clearing stagnant emotions, restoring balance, and activating your inner light.Join us to:

How to Prepare: Yoga mats and blankets will be available. We invite you to bring water, a pillow, journal, and anything else that may assist you in feeling comfortable. Please refrain from eating, or eat a light meal, for two hours leading up to the event.
