JOIN US AT DUTCHESS YOGA for a Crystal Pendulum Workshop for the WINTER SOLSTICE SATURDAY DECEMBER 21st @ 4pm.
This workshop is an intuition-development workshop that covers all the basics for learning to use a crystal pendulum for the purpose of assessing, cleansing, balancing and charging the aura and chakras of yourself, friends and family members.
~We begin with a introduction to the work and the space 🤓
~Intention setting and exploration of pendulum materials and crystals for you to use and keep!🔮
~Pendulum Practices 💎 and Guided Meditation 🪷
~Closing with a gentle moving meditation guided by the sounds of crystal singing bowls 🧘🏿
~This workshop is 90 minutes and aims to have you feeling peaceful and empowered! 🙌🏾
