Celebrate the Winter Solstice with a wonderful celebration to embrace the forthcoming year. As part of this Ancient Celtic Ritual, welcome the arrival of the new light, through Mindfulness and Meditation. This is the perfect time to reflect, recover and look forward to new beginnings. Included in the morning activity, there will be a lantern lit processional walk to the top of Navan Fort / Emain Macha, where you will watch the Sunrise. On returning to Navan Centre, you will be served breakfast where you can relax and enjoy live music. Suitable clothing and footwear for the walk to Navan Fort is recommended.
