Welcome to the Panthers Gate Masquerade Ball!Merry meet with a magical evening filled with enchantment, mystery, and celebration. The Yule Tidings Ball will take place at on Saturday December 21st 2024 9pm after a day of social affairs beginning at 2pm.
This exclusive event will be by RSVP only and is limited in occupancy to the grandest and lavish of those who are into royal wear, intimate candlelight, enchanting music, and decadence.
Prepare to be entranced, bedazzled, and mesmerized in an evening of mystery, crafting, fortunetelling, and dancing!
With great measure in planning and spellbinding provisions we look forward to meeting all who wish to travel back to pre-medieval period where magic and healing were practiced by the most cunning of folk.
2-4pm
Healers Tea Party
The day starts early afternoon with a social reception featuring a tea party for the herbal-healing minded and those who enjoy good porcelain china. A rare experience in medieval times, yet so commonly enjoyed here at our celebration space. Mystery prevails when all who come to meet the practitioners of old know only of what is shared over tea, and yet who is it we meet that is behind the mask?
4-6pm
Witches Wonder Workshop
As the spirits lift and dance around, we are sure, many of us will be brimming with merriment over making hand made gifts to take home for our friends and family on the 23rd! We gather around the tables, tinkering and twisting, detailing and dabbing our little fingers away in the magical workshop.
Gather little supplies that spread all about from ribbons, and bells, to natures grand gifts to make what your heart desires to share, and be sure to bring your crafting goodies to enhance with a special touch!
6pm-9pm
Fortune Telling, Story Sharing, and White Elephant Exchange
Gather round and listen tight to the a story of Yule Tradition, while awaiting your turn with the four corner guardian readers who have great prophecies, insights, and divine messages for you to receive! Be sure to visit the court astrologer! After we will exchange our white elephant gift!
9pm-12pm
Winter Solstice Masquerade Ball
Such a Grand Affair, enjoying the presence of captivating dance as the Lady Necromancer and her Gentleman Mage commence the ball and call the dancers to the floor. Let us gather in festive grand attire to honor the ancient traditions and times before fear and force hibernation, bringing forth joyous spirit of the winter season. Let the magic breathe life into everyone, and do not miss out on the celebration of harmony and happiness!
Meet and greet over treats and tea,
create handmade gifts for friends and family,
listen to stories of old, hear your future (maybe your past),
and dance the night away as if it were your last,
for no one knows when the time shall come,
when others cast shadows of fear and fright,
and we must leave to our home,
and call it a winters night.

A Witches Keepsake
A White Elephant Gift - 25% of all funds will go to gift bags, that will be purchased in advance, and will be of variety and size, gift wrapped and presented to everyone, where they may keep it or exchange it (without opening it). We will be adding into the pool special gifts that glitter and shine, or magically transform your life! Several gifts will be over $100 in value.
Services as readings, spell casting, or seeing will be available also for an additional fee.
