Allow yourself to sink into deep restoration with an evening that begins with a warm, comforting cacao drink , followed by light breathwork and gentle meditation to settle your thoughts. Then, realx as you're surrounded by the soothing frequencies and gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls, the rumbles of the gong, and soft tones of the chimes, ocean drum, and rain stick. As the sounds wash over you, your nervous system naturally slows, your muscles release, and your mind eases into a quiet, restorative state.

Whether you're looking to de-stress, sleep better, release emotional tension, or simply give yourself an hour of calm, this experience offers a supportive space to - pause and breathe - to restore calm - as we prepare for the busy holiday season. 💡Why Sound Healing? Sound healing uses vibration and frequency to help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore balance in the body. The soothing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments create a deeply meditative experience that can reduce stress, improve sleep, and leave you feeling deeply refreshed and renewed.

This unique 1hour, 15 minute experience is co-hosted by Kaitlyn, a certified yoga teacher, and Kathleen, an experienced sound healing practitioner, guiding you through a thoughtfully curated evening of mindfulness and healing to create a true reset. Perfect for all levels — ages 12+, no prior experience required. See you there!
