On the 21st of December, we gather in the quiet beauty of the solstice — the longest night, a moment of pause, and the promise of returning light.This nourishing evening offers a gentle blend of restorative yoga, yin postures, yoga nidra, meditation, and self-reflection, each inviting you deeper into stillness, softness, and renewal. Cradled by candlelight, we’ll share in the heart-opening ritual of ceremonial cacao, a sweet companion for grounding, connection, and gentle expansion.
Like wrapping yourself in a blanket of hygge, this workshop is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and honour the turning of the seasons with warmth and presence.
Our snug studio is the perfect place to explore connection, soothing rituals and the simple pleasures of moving the body whilst stilling the mind.
