This deeply nurturing 2-hour restorative workshop invites you to step away from the noise of daily life and return to a state of inner stillness.

Through a gentle blend of restorative yoga, Reiki, drumming, and Yoga Nidra, you’ll be guided to release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm of peace and healing.

What to Expect

In the soothing atmosphere of Gong Space, Rukhsana will lead you through a sequence of restorative postures supported by props, allowing the body to fully let go.

You’ll experience the grounding rhythm of gentle drumming, designed to help settle your energy and quiet the mind, before being immersed in Reiki-infused rest to soothe the nervous system and promote deep energetic healing.

The session will close with a Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation) as an invitation to surrender fully into stillness, nourishing body, mind, and spirit.

About Rukhsana

Rukhsana is a trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness teacher, counsellor, and holistic therapist with over 20 years’ experience in supporting emotional and physical wellbeing. She weaves together her expertise in restorative yoga, Reiki, drumming, breathwork, aromatherapy, and somatic practices to create deeply nurturing spaces where students can truly rest, release, and heal.

Her approach is gentle, intuitive, and heart-led, blending modern therapeutic understanding with ancient wisdom traditions. Each session meets you where you are, offering tools to calm the nervous system, ease tension, and invite presence and stillness into body and mind.

Rukhsana believes that rest is not a luxury, but a necessity. In her workshops, you are lovingly guided to slow down, breathe deeply, and allow your body’s innate wisdom to restore itself.

All bookings are non-refundable. Transfers may be possible with prior agreement, please contact us in advance to request this.

We kindly ask that you arrive on time and bring a copy of your booking confirmation (digital or printed) for check-in. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the workshop has begun, to honour the experience of all attendees.
