Take a pause, and rest before Christmas. We will celebrate the winter solstice, in a sacred candlelit space, to pause like the sun and connect with our inner warmth and light.
A 2 hour session incorporating ritual, gentle movement, pranayama, meditation, sounds of the gongs, singing bowls and other instruments, ending with herbal tea, cake and chocolate.
Cautions - not suitable for people with pacemakers (unless you have doctors approval), those who have had a recent hip / joint operation or metal implant, epilepsy, or pregnant women in their first trimester.
Held at The Eyot Centre in Henley, a beautiful venue next to the river.
