Celebrate this time of reflection, inner peace, and renewal through a holistic gentle yoga practice, a candlelight ceremony, mindfulness & breathing practices, healing sounds, scents, energy, journaling, and nourishing snacks. Connect with yourself and others in a healing, tranquil setting. No yoga experience necessary- suitable for all levels.
