Begin the shortest day of the year in harmony with nature and the promise of the returning light.Join us in the tranquil garden of Fiore's for a morning Vinyasa Flow to awaken warmth and energy within, followed by Yin Yoga to ground, reflect, and soften into the stillness of the winter season.
Together, we’ll honor the balance between darkness and light—movement and rest, release and renewal.
After class, enjoy a complimentary seasonal drink and take home a plant as a living reminder of growth and new beginnings.
