You’ll be held in a cozy aerial hammock as we:
Ground with gentle breathwork and somatic unwinding
Drop into a guided meditation focused on release and renewal.
Receive an immersive sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle drum.
This experience is designed to calm the nervous system, ease tension, and give you space to reflect on what you’re ready to let go of—and what you’re inviting in for the season ahead.
No previous yoga or aerial experience is needed. Just bring yourself, cozy layers, and a willingness to rest.
