End the year of the snake and bring in the year of the horse with clarity, insight and strength. Let go of what no longer serves you in a cord cutting ceremony, a symbolic approach to disconnect from people or events that are holding you back in life. After the ceremony, dive into self nourishment, relaxation, and rejuvenation with a sound bath exploring different sounds and tones to help release energy held within the body.

What to bring:
Yoga mat
Blanket
Warm outdoor clothes as this event is outside
A pair of scissors
A hand drum, shaker if you have- or your voice :)
Where to go:
Follow Bridge Street, head straight through the lights, head straight through the round about, the hill, take a left on River Rd. And follow the Road to the bottom parking lot. We will gather here, at Erie Rest Beach. 💚🙏💚
