- Guided Meditation: A calming guided meditation will gently lead you into a relaxed state, helping you to ground, relax, and become receptive to the energy of crystals.
- Crystal Healing: Crystals will be intuitively placed on or around your body, focusing on clearing your chakras and energy field. You’ll remain in this peaceful state while the crystals do their work.
