The Winter Solstice celebrates the darkest day of the year. The dark & quiet are fertile for growth. Join Kristi Fuller & Stephanie Lautz in celebratory nourishment on the Winter Solstice. We'll circle in community with the intention to honor the inward pull of the season. We will offer self reflection through intentional circle sharing & journaling. We'll celebrate the regeneration of the season through sound & movement. Several drums, shakers & other music makers will be provided & you're encouraged to bring your own, or simply use your own hand claps! In contrast, we'll honor the quiet & stillness of the dark with a guided silent meditation at the end of the gathering. Please bring a journal & a pen & any musical instruments you may have. We'll provide a hot seasonal beverage (perhaps bring yur favorite mug!) for you & recommend you dress cozy. $40 per person
