Please join us for the last Krishna Center Circle of the year with The Grand Rapids Drum Circle group on December 21, 2025 at 1pm.We will start off with a meditative sound bath with "drum church" chimes, bells, and soothing rhythms. Dan will attempt to conduct the bell choir as Joe hands out and demonstrates the tools we have.
Shortly after 20-45 minutes of immersive sounds we will begin to use our drums to usher in the longer days as we begin Winter but stop the days from getting shorter. The solstice occurs at 10:03am that day so we'll be right on time to bring some heat and welcome longer days.
Sure it'll be cold but let's stay optimistic!
The Krishna Center does not allow shoes inside so extra cozy socks or clean indoor slippers will be beneficial.
If you have a soft or quieter percussion instrument (or flute), this will be a great time to use it!
We're planning some low lights and warm vibes :)
