Join us Sunday, December 21st for an all-day Winter Solstice Day of Wellness — 9AM to 8PM!
Enjoy sound bowls, yoga, stretching, fitness, dancing, karoke, music, food, vendors, family fun, and nonstop GOOD ENERGY.
Sit and decompress in our soltice sauna for an additional $10
We are collecting coats, bags, and toys for the youth.
