π Winter Solstice Circle β Rebirth of Light

# π Winter Solstice Celebration β Welcoming the Return of the Light
Join us for a sacred evening to honour the **Winter Solstice**, the longest night of the year, a powerful turning point in natureβs cycle and an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with ourselves.
As nature rests in the stillness of winter, we too are invited to pause, reflect on the journey we have travelled, and honour all that this year has brought into our lives. Just as seeds rest quietly beneath the soil before new life emerges, we can use this sacred time to release what no longer serves us and nurture the intentions we wish to bring into the year ahead.
Together, we will create a nurturing space to reconnect with our bodies, quiet the mind, open the heart, and remember the light that lives within each of us.
β¨ **During our evening together, we will share:**
- **Qi Gong and guided meditation**, inspired by ancient Taoist traditions, to reconnect with our vital energy and the natural rhythms of life.
- **A Winter Solstice ritual** to honour the ending of one cycle and welcome the possibilities of a new beginning.
- **A moment for reflection and intention-setting**, listening to our inner wisdom and planting the seeds we wish to nurture in the coming year.
- **Connection, sharing and sisterhood**, holding space for one another in the warmth of our circle.
- You will be offered a small personal gift and refreshments to complete our gathering.
The Winter Solstice reminds us that darkness is not something to fear or resist. It is part of natureβs wisdom β a time for rest, transformation and deep nourishment, before the light gradually returns.
You do not need to have everything figured out or arrive with a clear intention. Simply come as you are, with an open heart and the willingness to give yourself this precious time.
Whether you are new to spiritual circles or have been walking this path for years, you are warmly welcome. π
