In the days before the Winter Solstice, as the Earth approaches her longest night, we gather as women.This is a threshold.
A moment where the light softens and something deeper begins to stir beneath the surface.
You are invited into a gently held, ceremonial space to slow down, to soften, and to return inward.
Together, we will honour the wisdom of the womb and the quiet intelligence of the body through:
• Guided grounding and womb connection
• Gentle somatic movement and breath
• A candle-lit ritual of release and renewal
• Sharing circle in healed sisterhood
This is not a space to fix or to strive.
It is a space to listen.
To lay down what has been carried.
To tend the small, steady flame within.
No experience is needed.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
What to bring:
A yoga mat, bolster or meditation cushion, journal and pen, water bottle, and something small for the altar (optional)
Exchange: Regular Price $60 - a $20 deposit honours and secures your place in the circle.
