A sacred, magical, powerful gathering and honouring for the longest night - 'Return to the Light'.
Join us for an afternoon of grounding, reflection and renewal for an intimate Winter Solstice ceremony with nature and sound designed to help you slow down, soften and honour the turning of the seasons.
Together we will release what the year has carried, reconnect with our inner light, and welcome the return of longer days with a heart opening ceremony.
The afternoon, FULL of carefully curated threads of nourishment and joy, include:

This is a calming, nurturing space held with care, and oodles of love - perfect for anyone seeking grounding clarity, and a sense of renewal during the darkest point of the year.
The session will come to a close with a seasonal drink and some vegan sweet treats.
Who are your hosts?

Amanda has been leading groups into Forest Bathing, holding ceremony and teaching breathwork for many years. The depth of her knowledge is broad and from her heart, and you will feel truly connected and held by her experience in the ancient woods at Gaunts House, all of which are hundreds of years old and beyond. She hosted Ancient Egyptian Breathwork workshops at Freezone festival in May this year, also held at this location - Gaunts House.

Lianne will take you on a sound journey, which enables the body to receive sound frequencies and vibrations. Creating a profound state of relaxation, balance, and healing within the body and mind. She regularly hosts one-2-ones, workshops and retreats with her wonderful loving warm energy.

Regardless of the weather on the day, we will be creating a 'nature experience', which if needed, can be held in the 'Barn Theatre'. So this event will go ahead whatever the weather.

Have you ever been to Gaunts House estate? It is a truly magical experience. The main house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and ancient woodland, with an ethos of nourishment, rejuvenation, joy and community. A beautiful alignment for Lianne and Amanda.

What to bring:
- Warm layers
- Decent footwear for outside Forest Immersion (ground may be cold/wet/uneven)
- Stool/camping chair to sit on outside for Forest Bathing
- Yoga mat (for inside The Barn)
- Blanket and comfies for sound bath
- Something for the altar (from nature, from your heart)
- A journal and pen
- Water
