Winter Solstice Ceremony December 21st, 2025 2:00-4:00pm with Julie & Cindy ~ $65.00+tax The shortest day/longest night of the year, gives us an opportunity to celebrate the light & rebirth of the Sun.
This will be an opportunity to feel the connection that we have with the change of seasons, respect & appreciation for each other & simple gratitude.
We will be holding space to reflect on the past year & lean into our intentions for the future.
We will be creating a ceremonial circle in our candlelit studio.
You will experience gentle movement & restorative yin asanas.
We will also include breath work & time for self-reflection, contemplation & meditation.
We’ll include our smudging ritual, sound healing & hot stone savasana in comfort & joy.
Set aside time after the class, to join us for treats & a warm drink, allowing the experience to truly allow everyone to slow down, pause, share and reflect.
