Yoga with Kerrie
Begin with a slow easeful flow to move into this season with an open heart. Kerrie will guide you through mindful movement that encourages warmth, presence, and ease.
Sound Immersion with Pierce
Throughout the entire session, Pierce will weave an immersive tapestry of sound using his collection of healing instruments — helping you soften, settle, and drop into deeper states of rest and awareness.
Savasana Meditation with Sara
Close with a peaceful, soul-soothing meditation led by Sara, inviting clarity, renewal, and inner stillness as you transition into the season ahead.
After the session, you’re welcome to stay for light refreshments and fellowship — or feel free to head out if you need to move on with your evening.
