Its time to settle into the season and begin to prepare to rest for the winter! Come experience the effects of some somatic movements, a gentle guided breathwork and the joy of Sound healing with me!As we celebrate the beautiful solstice, we will also gather under the final new moon of 2025. This New Moon encourages you to set intentions for the new year, align with what gives your life meaning, and seek expansion in your goals. Its all about fresh starts, big-picture thinking, and a desire for personal truth. Let us take this time to set intentions to move through the final days of the year with clarity!
We will also dive into a few somatic movements to help connect with the heart beat which will help to unleash some tension and in turn, maybe even some traumas held in the body. We all hold something, how to let it go is sometimes the hardest hurdle to overcome. Lets connect with that inner child and let them play!
We will move, dance, express. Then drop into the breath. A gentle 20 minute guided breath experience helps to connect the body and mind and prepare the body for deep rest.. which we will experience through the joy of sound. In one of the most beautiful and acoustic of places in the Glebe!
Let us gather to bathe ourselves in self love and blissful vibrations. This will be an evening to do just that.. well, a start at least!
