In yoga philosophy, 108 is a spiritually symbolic number, and performing 108 sun salutations is thought to cleanse, refresh, and make way for a new beginning while powering up your intentions & goals.
All levels and abilities are welcome. Feel free to perform only as many Sun Salutations as you want, or simply come to the mat and meditate wrapped in the powerful energy of the room.
