Activate rest this winter solstice, join us to focus on centering your intentions, finding stillness and restoration. Katie will guide a 90 minute restorative yoga workshop by candlelight to honor the shortest day and longest night of the year. We will celebrate both light and shadow, balance in nature, the inhale and exhale through pranayama integration. Allow for physical and energetic release through prop-supported poses- finding reset and reflection ending 2025 in community.
