Mark the turning of the season with a steady, mindful flow designed to honor the stillness and renewal of the winter solstice. This candlelit vinyasa practice moves through grounding sequences that build warmth from within, balanced by deep stretches and quiet moments of reflection. We’ll pause to reset intentions, release the weight of the year, and create space for what’s to come. Expect a strong yet unhurried flow integrating Energy Medicine Yoga techniques, supported by breath, gentle light, and the calm energy of the season’s darkest night. Elements of sound with tuning forks and singing bowls, and optional hands-on energy healing throughout class and during Savasana.
