Winter solstice cacao, restorative yoga & soundbath

Join us for a releasing, rstorative workshop with cacao ceremony & beautiful healing soundbath.

We will reflect and shift 2025 and make space for the New Year in a safe, supportive space.

Unwind and reset in the healing sacred container of ceremony with Cacao and gentle restorative yoga.

Since ancient times, sound has been used to heal the body. We delve into the healing properties of my symphonic Paiste gong, crystal healing bowls and other instruments that match the frequencies the body's organ vibrate at, so expect a powerful, healing experience.

Optional add-on healing on the body in this soundbath with the tibetan bowl, or near the head with the relevant crystal healing bowls.

Join us as we reset, realign, readjust in a safe space. This workshop promises a fantastic culmination of movement, mantra, magic, sound and scent.

Info: As we imbibe the cacao we come together on a soul level to manifest, reflect & heal. We shed the layers holding us back. We drop into our hearts.

And as it merges with the Winter Solstice the entire ceremony will be delicious & warming.

To fully integrate the intentions set during the ceremony we surrender to the power of Mama Cacao, lay on the Earth & soak up a gentle soundbath with gongs, crystal healing bowls & other instruments. We have optional healing on the body with the tibetan bowl as an add on at this event to power up your healing experience.
