Come celebrate the WINTER SOLSTICE with a special Breathwork + Sound Bath experience with Seventh Wave Sound Healing

Come join us for a rejuvenating evening of breath and sound at the North Whidbey Center for Wellbeing. This special 2 hour experience will begin with a breathwork session led by Amaral Valle-Torres. Amaral will lead you through various breathing techniques to help release stress, tension and emotional blockages which will activate the parasympathetic nervous system for deep relaxation. Once the breathwork session is complete, Rana Jayne with Seventh Wave Sound Healing LLC will immerse you in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other healing instruments. Relax and let the vibrations wash over you, further deepening the release of Holiday tension and stress. This in-person event is a powerful opportunity to blend breath, energy and sound for deep emotional release, grounding and inner transformation. Space is limited, so purchase your spot today. Pro-tips:

1. An eye mask is helpful to sink further into the space
2. Bring at least two pillows - one for under your head and one for under your knees. This will help you sink into the space more comfortably on the floor.
3. Bring a thicker yoga mat or a nice blanket to help cushion you on the floor and create your cozy cocoon.
4. Wear comfy clothes and socks to ensure you are cozy - as you typically take off your shoes for the event
