Join me on the beach at the still- point of the year to witness the sunrise on the shortest day ☀️. Meet at the beautiful Hive Beach at 7.45am to welcome the light and celebrate the resting- point of the sun as it prepares to increase its presence in our days.
We know we’ll feel it.
This will be a session to embrace the dark and stillness of mid-winter and celebrate the returning light.
We’ll have the backdrop of nature - the sounds of the rolling waves, the call of the birds and the changing colours and light that sunrise provides, plus all the benefits that come from a beach- based yoga practice with a likeminded community (sangha) ✨
Return to harmony and balance, breathe and be at one with nature.
These Solstice sessions are always so special and really help connect us to the wheel of the year. I hope you can join me.
7.45-9am at Hive Beach. With option to stay longer and socialise… I’ll bring the mince pies!
No experience necessary.
