Join us in a candle-lit evening of Restorative and Gentle Yoga accompanied with live music!
A traditional way to honor the return of the sun is do complete 108 Sun Salutations; in our practice, we take that and break it down to 108 moments of meditation and/or slow movements that when combined, add up to the auspicious total.
