Join Journey Beyond Sound for an evening of deep rest, emotional renewal, and soulful alignment. As the year winds down and the holidays gather momentum, this Sound Journey offers a spacious moment to breathe, soften, and return to your center.

Surrounded by the stillness and magic of this time, you’ll be invited to settle inward, release the weight you’ve been carrying, and reconnect to a sense of inner calm and clarity.

✨ This experience includes:
🔹 A restorative 75–80 minute sound bath journey and guided meditation
🔹 Crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, string instruments and other healing sounds
🔹 Gentle space for reflection, intention-setting, and emotional renewal
🔹 A warm, nurturing environment to support your mind, body, and spirit

🌿 What to Bring:
🧘 A yoga mat or something cozy to lie on
🛏️ Blanket, pillow, eye mask or anything else that supports your rest
💧 Water with a lid if you wish to hydrate

The floor is carpeted and will be mostly an open space for your comfort and mats or blankets. If you would prefer a chair, you are welcome to request upon checking in.

🚗 Location and Parking:

The Episcopal Church of the Nativity is a beautiful, welcoming hillside location with plenty of available parking in the parking lot, as well as any streetside parking. It is best accessed from Lucas Valley Road, only a few minutes off of the 101 Freeway.

🧘‍♀️This experience is open to adults and supervised teens only. Whether you are new to sound baths or a returning participant, this Winter Solstice Journey will leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and in harmony with the Holiday season.
You may transfer your tickets to another person if you cannot attend. You may cancel 5 days prior to the event for a full refund. All other sales final. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we may extend your tickey to a future event.
