Winter Seed Sowing with Charis Storms

Do you long to start sowing seeds while there is still snow on the ground? Or maybe you've never started plants from seeds, but decided to try this year? If so, come join our Winter Sowing circle. We'll demonstrate, provide supplies, and plant our own greenhouses made of milks jugs to take home and place outside. This method is great for starting perennials or cool season flowers and herbs if you don't have indoor grow lights or enough room inside. We'll talk about appropriate types of plants for this method and how to care for your seedlings and get them in the ground at the right time. Come grow with us! A selection of flowers and herb seeds will be provided for each participant to choose one type of seed. But, if you have a favorite, feel free to bring your own seeds.
