Save the date! Join Franklin County Pollinator Pathway on Saturday January 18, 10am-11:30am at Franklin Soil and Water Conservation District for our first ever winter native seed sowing event. We will provide all supplies, teach you how to do it, and you will go home with at least one completed milk jug with native seeds. We have 30 spots total. Registration opens on January 9. The class itself will take about an hour with a quick presentation on winter sowing and the hands-on activity of creating our milk jugs. We will leave a half hour at the end for questions and discussions. This class will be led by volunteers Michael Keeler with Ohio Native Concepts LLC and Lynette Overholser with the Heritage Garden at the Ohio Governor's Residence.
