Hey Guys!we are bringing winter Sandyland back for the second year and I'm super excited! we have a great lineup of artists this year, many of which are returning.
what is winter sandyland? it is a Christmas themed sand sculpture walkthrough exhibit toy drive. gift card and cash donations will be given to a local organization ( last year was children in crisis)
toy donations will be dispersed throughout Okaloosa County to our community kids. last year the toys were dispersed through Erase The Trace Okaloosa Adopt a Family program. my daughters and I also went to local parks handing out toys to the children on the playground. the remainder of the toys was donated to help boost a toy drive in the Sylvania Heights Community within Fort Walton Beach.
the location for this year's event Will be held at the Islander Resort in Destin, Florida.
