Winter Run Club 2025

Winter Run Club is meant to keep your athlete motivated, running, and strong throughout the cold winter months. The program is designed to build a solid fitness base leading into the Spring Track and Field season.

Winter Run Club is open to Middle School and High School Runners. We will meet weekly on Wednesday's from 3:30pm-5pm. We will take the first hour to warmup and run before it gets dark and the last half hour will be reserved for strength training and technique training. Please be prepared to run in all conditions! We will go outside in almost all weather. The club will meet on the following dates:
