At The Hive, we exist to initiate social change in Milwaukee and beyond. We’re buzzing to shift the culture away from conventional social norms and toward more generative, sustainable ways of building community. When you join us, you become part of a movement dedicated to changing the world for the better by nurturing authentic relationships and promoting mindful, life-affirming connections through integrated health practices.

Sequence of activities and what to expect:

Get ready to join our hive for a day filled with growth, connection, and rejuvenation! At our Winter Revival event, you’ll experience the same lineup of activities, with three sessions buzzing to life at 10am-12pm, 12 pm-2pm, and 2 pm-4pm. Here’s what’s in store for each session:

🐝 Welcome & Registration
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early if you can to check in. Then we'll kick off with a cozy welcome to set the tone and introduce you to the day's hive vibes!

🐝 Authentic Relating Game
Dive into a fun, connective game to spark authentic connections with fellow bees. Bring your whole self into the space – this is about real talks, genuine connections, letting your guard down and developing intimacy in the space between participants.

🐝 Breathwork Session
Breathe life into your wings! This guided session will bring balance and clarity, helping you center, recharge, connect, and move energy.

🐝 Movement Session
Time to shake things up! Mindful, fucntional movement to help you feel grounded, and energized. Moition is lotion~ mentally, emotionally and physically.

🐝 Sauna & Lake Michigan Cold Plunge
Heat up in the wood fired sauna tent with the crew, and then take a guided icy dip into Lake Michigan! This refreshing ritual will leave you feeling alive, open, deeply connected and equipped to show up to the areas of life you care about most powerfully. Assume the ripple!

🐝 Community Reintegration Experience
End the session with a grounded return to the hive, sharing insights and setting intentions to take this renewed energy back into your world.

Sliding Scale Ticket Pricing
Choose from three ticket options that suit your budget and experience level:

🐝 $25 Honey Comb – This tier represents the essential building blocks of our hive, providing the foundational support that helps our community continue to stay alive.

🐝 $50 Golden Nectar –For those contributing a bit more, this tier embodies the sweetness that nourishes the hive, allowing the mission to grow and flourish even more!

🐝 $75 Royal Warmth – Inspired by the queen bee’s role, this top tier symbolizes a commitment to sustaining the heart of our community, bringing warmth and vitality and generosity to the hive.

Essentials to Bring:

Warm Clothing, Layers, Swim Wear and Towel – As this is an outdoor event, dress warmly and bring extra layers, hats, and gloves to stay comfortable when you are taking breaks from sauna. Bring suit if you plan to plunge in momma Michigan.

Reusable Water Bottle – Stay hydrated while minimizing waste. We’ll have water stations available for refills.

Optional:

Journal and Pen – We’ll have moments of reflection and sharing, so bring a journal for capturing thoughts, intentions, or inspiration.

Camping Chair or Floor Cushion – If you’d like added seating comfort , feel free to bring a portable chair or cushion.
