YOGA X SOUND BATH X REIKI with Mandy Haynes & Nicola ChandlerWhat to expect: The afternoon starts with a slow, stretchy yoga practice to ease into the body and release physical tension followed by the opportunity for a long, cosy lie down where you will receive both hands on and distance reiki whilst bathing in the healing frequencies of the gongs, crystal bowls and other sound instruments. Reiki and sound therapy are forms of non-invasive healing methods to bring balance to the body, mind and spirit. We always close our afternoons with tea and cake.
Through the power of movement, sound and reiki, our passion is to help you to create a state of peace, stillness, balance and emotional stability within yourself enabling you to navigate life with more clarity, focus, energy and harmony.
Three hours of escapism in the peaceful countryside location of Highwood Village Hall - it's the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon!
