Join me in the stunning Cotswolds countryside for a cosy day of yoga, a short walk, great food, Christmas wreath making alongside likeminded company - a truly wholesome experience.
The day will begin with a dynamic yoga class in the private lakeside studio, followed by tea and homemade cake. We will then take a short stroll in the beautiful little village of Bourton-on-the-Water. Back home we will be greeted by a delicious warming lunch, once lunch is finished we will create our Christmas wreaths ready for the festive season. The day will end with a gentle yoga class & short mindfulness practice.
