A special day designed to give you some breathing space - calm before the storm!
We begin with a simple Japanese tea ceremony with matcha. Then we move into a Kundalini Yoga session for all levels to clear the head and warm the body properly.
Then a heart-warming, deeply restorative sound bath.
Lunch is a full Japanese meal, made from scratch:

*Beef tataki with sesame
*Sticky ginger meatballs
*Soup
*Miso-glazed nasu (vegetarian option)
*Includes 🍨 matcha ice cream
Sake or wine is there if you’d like it, as well as Japanese tea. A relaxed table indeed!
In the afternoon, you can participate in a restorative practice with some Reiki healing to settle everything you’ve taken in.
A day to relax, restore and remember.
