A seasonal session to rest, reconnect and reset—together.
Take a mindful pause in the school holidays with a 90-minute guided session designed to help you and your daughter unwind, feel grounded, and enjoy meaningful time without distractions. This is about showing the next generation that looking after our wellbeing isn’t indulgent—it’s essential.
Available in person at our tranquil Northampton studio or online, so you can join us from the comfort of home. A short prep list will be provided for virtual attendees so you can set the scene wherever you are.
What’s included:
Guided relaxation and gentle paired stretches
Breathwork to calm body and mind
Cosy lighting, calming scents and soft blankets (we’ll show you how to create your own calming space at home if joining online)
A hot chocolate bar with marshmallows, cream and sprinkles (in-person)
A mini sweet treat grazing board to enjoy after the session (in-person)
