FREE Community MeditationAnne Grossman Sussman will lead a lightly guided meditation and Dr. Shirley Matthews will lead a "Walking Meditation" and close the session with a Gong/Sound bath.
We will be meeting in the Great Hall at the historic Woodland in downtown Maplewood. Join us for an hour to relieve holiday stress and find peace in community.
No prior meditation experience is necessary.
Please bring blankets or cushions to be comfortable while seated.
