Winter Mahjong Event Series

Beat the winter blues with mahjong! Three afternoons, two locations, hong kong-style + different styles of play ✨

1️⃣ Session 1: Sunday 1/18 | 2–6pm
📍 Fort Point Room @ Atlantic Wharf ()
- Partnering with Boston Cantonese Club
- Hong Kong-style mahjong; beginner + points
- Parking: Free Sunday street parking available. Atlantic Wharf Garage (right next to the building), weekend rate $12
- Transit: 5-minute walk from South Station (Red Line)

2️⃣ Session 2: Saturday 2/28 | 2–6pm
📍 Red Multi Room @ The Foundry ()
- Partner and style to be announced
- Parking: Paid street parking available. First Street Garage (10-minute walk), weekend rates: Up to 2 hours: $2/hour; 2–24 hours: $5 flat rate
- Transit: 9-minute walk from Kendall/MIT (Red Line)

3️⃣ Session 3: Sunday 3/22 | 2–6pm
📍 Red Multi Room @ The Foundry ()
- Co-hosting with Mass. Richii Society
- Riichi mahjong & Hong Kong-style mahjong
- Parking: Free Sunday street parking available. First Street Garage (10-minute walk), weekend rates: Up to 2 hours: $2/hour; 2–24 hours: $5 flat rate
- Transit: 9-minute walk from Kendall/MIT (Red Line)

What to Expect

This is a laid-back, community mahjong hangout! Tables form as people arrive, so you may need to wait for a full group of 4. While we'll try our best to create tables for different skill levels, you may end up playing with people at different experience levels than you! We'll have volunteer instructors around to help, but we also encourage players to teach and learn from each other. Come ready to be flexible, patient, and have fun!

活動內容

呢個係一個輕鬆、以交流為主嘅麻雀聚會。麻雀枱會隨住大家到場陸續安排開枱，所以你可能需要等一等，先湊齊四個人。我哋會盡量按唔同程度安排牌枱，但你有可能會同唔同經驗程度嘅玩家一齊玩。現場會有義工導師幫手，亦鼓勵大家互相教學、互相學習。放鬆心情嚟玩，最緊要開心！
