🕯️ Why Kirtan in Winter?
As winter invites us into quiet reflection, Kirtan offers a powerful way to stay grounded, nourished, and spiritually connected. Singing sacred mantras helps calm the nervous system, lift the spirit, and kindle the inner flame that guides us through the darker months.

🎶 What is Kirtan?
Kirtan is a devotional music experience where we sing Sanskrit mantras in call-and-response. It’s a heart-opening practice rooted in Bhakti Yoga (the yoga of love and devotion). No experience is needed—just come with an open heart and allow the music to carry you.
