You saw us on the field with the Wildcat Show Band, now come try it for yourself! Join us as we transition from Color Guard to Winter Guard. We step up the creativity a few notches and take the show indoors to perform and compete on our own.
Winter Guard is a performance art that uses dancing and acting while spinning/tossing equipment such as flags, rifles, and sabres to give a visual interpretation to music.
Winter Guard camp is FREE and where students will come in to learn different how to use equipment, some dance and theater techniques and a short auditioning routine putting the skills together. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. Students will learn alongside our current members and learn something different every day. We will teach students everything they need to know and supply the equipment.
We are open to all students, grades 9-12 at OHHS and home schoolers as part of OH School District. All are welcome!
