Winter Glow: Yin Yoga and Sound Bath ✨💜

Join me for a soothing morning of Yin Yoga and Sound Healing, a 1-hour journey of deep rest and inner calm.

We’ll begin with 30 minutes of Yin Yoga, gently releasing tension through long-held poses, followed by a 30-minute Sound Bath with Tibetan and Crystal Bowls, chimes, rattles, and drums: a full-body sound experience to nurture and restore.

💜 Please wear comfy, cozy clothes and bring anything that helps you feel at ease (blanket, eye pillow, warm socks).

This special edition of Winter Glow will also be in memory of my beloved teacher Kelly, with half of the proceeds donated to the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust, a charity that helps families bring loved ones home to Ireland who have passed away abroad in sudden or tragic circumstances.
