Explore Swiss Valley Nature Preserve through the tracks and signs left behind by wildlife in the winter! Learn about what our wildlife are up to this time of year while hiking through the preserve. We will notice the subtle signs of movement and activity that are all around us in this seemingly quiet season- if you know what to look for! Dress for the weather: layers, hats, gloves, and appropriate pants and footwear for exploring off trail.
Expect to explore off trail: climbing over logs, uneven ground, potentially snowy/icy/muddy terrain, possible encounters with thorny vegetation
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult, and prepared for the activities outlined above
