For girls ages 12-14 (6th-8th grade). This program will focus on the fundamentals of volleyball including:- passing
- setting
- serving
- blocking
- hitting
- serve-receiving passing
It will also include a strong focus on growth mindset and preparedness for play.
Each day will end with active gameplay, incorporating the skills developed each session.
