Do you fancy a quiet day where you can stretch a little, have your lunch cooked for you, catch up on your favourite book, maybe take a walk in the local castle grounds and finish off with a calming meditation?
This semi-led day retreat is ideal if you want a little structure and plenty of time to yourself.
We will based at the beautiful Gladstone Library.
-Morning gentle yoga
-Mid morning refreshments
-2 course meal
- Yoga Nidra
- Plenty of time to escape: read, write, reflect in the quiet and majestic library of Gladstone.
*Other refreshments are available throughout the day and can be purchased directly from the lovely cafe and restaurant of Gladstone.
*You will be required to bring ID should you want to access the reading room as you will need to have a day's researcher pass or sign up to be a regular reader with a reading card (both free but donations are appreciated) as the library is a charity.
Cost: £125pp or £95pp if you bring a friend. Bookings aren't open yet but email [email protected] to reserve your space with a £40 deposit.
