It's cough season, and knowing how to manage coughs can be useful. In this evening's herb class, we are focusing on two amazing respiratory herbs; Mullein and Elecampane. Powerful herbs that are great for all your winter cough medicines. In this class, there will be guided tastings as well as an exploration of how to use these herbs. We will be making a collective cough glycerite using these herbs.
The cost of this class is £20, and there are a few bursaries available for those on a low income.
