WINTER CANDLE LIT SOUNDBATH Come journey with CALM Yoga and Tyrell Black for a deep and transformative Soundbath at the All Saints Centre on the last Friday of January.
Join us for a relaxing evening’s Sound Journey and immerse yourself in the healing meditative sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal bowls, Indian flute, Didgeridoo, Sitar and various sacred musical instruments leading to the sound waves of Planetary Gongs to soothe your mind, open your heart, and illuminate winter's darker days.
