Morning through afternoon, we’ll be sharpening our Taekwondo techniques, building strength through sparring and board breaking, and getting in some great workouts before the Christmas cookies and presents arrive! 🎄🥋
This is the perfect way to finish the year strong — training together, improving your skills, and staying motivated through the holidays.
